ParentPay limits and debt

Overdraft Limits for children who pay for their food      

• There is a £0 overdraft limit for all student accounts.

• Any student who is in their overdraft can not purchase food items or to buy any drinks. The school is able to provide water free of charge.   

• However, In the interest of safeguarding and student welfare, the student will be offered a free bagel.

• Please check you accounts and top up regularly.

 

Children who receive Free School Meals    

• If your child has free school meals, they will be allocated £2.65 per day.

• The £2.65 free school meal allowance can be used at break time or lunch time on food items only.

• It cannot be used on any drinks, as the school can provide water free of charge and it is important that the children are able to have food rather than drinks.

• However, parents and carers can add money on to their child’s account to enable them to spend more than the allocated amount for their free meal allowance.  

 

Free School Meal Entitlement  

We would like parents and carers to check to see if children are eligible for free school meals. This will help your family, but will also help the school in ways that benefit our children. Please complete this form. Some parents and carers are surprised - and very pleased - when they find they are eligible!
